Fun and therapeutic art group. Support, discovery, and relaxation. Art-making on Friday mornings.
Experience the powerful intersection of art and healing in our workshops led by Jane, an accomplished interdisciplinary artist. Our sessions are thoughtfully designed to blend creativity with therapeutic techniques, offering a safe and nurturing space for self-expression and personal growth.
At Jane’s workshops, participants engage in various artistic activities that encourage exploration and self-discovery. Through painting, storytelling, movement, and more, individuals are guided to tap into their inner creativity, fostering self-awareness and emotional expression.
Jane specialise in supporting individuals through life transitions. Whether navigating career changes, relationship shifts, or personal growth milestones, she offer tailored exercises and discussions to help people navigate these phases with creativity and fun!
The benefits of arts therapy extend beyond creative expression; they include stress reduction, improved communication, increased self-confidence, and a deeper understanding of oneself. Join her in an inclusive, supportive environment where art becomes a powerful tool for navigating life transitions and fostering personal empowerment.
What is Transpersonal Art Therapy?
Transpersonal Art Therapy is an expansive practice that broadens your perspective on an issue. It begins by learning how to move beyond the person/role/everyday self.
Uncovering solutions that were otherwise unavailable to you. The Transpersonal approach commonly provides immediate relief from distress and integrates readily with your own spiritual and cultural beliefs. It incorporates ancestral topography, ecopsychology and body primacy. It complements the bio/psycho/social approach to
mental health but is also a powerful alternative for people who find mainstream perspectives limiting.
Jane offers a safe and creative space to explore unique ideas and impulses. Sessions reveal insights into the psychological landscape that surrounds the problem you’re working on. I don’t provide advice or recommendations, but questions that guide you into new territory.

My daughters have been part of her drama and music classes for a couple of year, It is my girls favourite time at school. It has helped with their self esteem and confidence around peers.
